Discuss your workflowworks
Two ways to work with us.
Run your own system, or hand the office work to us and we run it. Both start with an assessment.
Ask it. It does it.
We connect your business tools — accounting, email, CRM, plan and takeoff software, spreadsheets, e-signature and more — into one system you operate. From there you run the show: ask questions, pull numbers, build documents. Plain English. Your tools. Yours to keep.
The office runs without you in it.
On Managed Operations you don't have to ask — the request comes in, we run the takeoff, build the estimate, produce the proposal, and send it under your name. AI does the measuring and the math; a person checks every number before it leaves. Then we keep the record: what went out, what came back, what's still open. Early on you approve from your phone. As the system learns your pricing, it runs on its own.
Beyond estimating, we build the systems that run the rest of the office — purchase orders, submittals, job records, invoicing follow-up, reporting — scoped to what your operation actually needs.
problem
The company outgrew the office before anyone noticed.
Quote requests sitting unanswered
The work is coming to you. You just don't have time to price it. The customer moves on and somebody slower but less busy gets it.
Hours per estimate
Takeoff, pricing, scope, format, send. Every quote is time you don't have when you're running the actual job.
First to respond wins
Customers award to the company that answers fast and looks buttoned-up. Slow, rough paperwork costs you work before the numbers are even compared.
The owner is the bottleneck
Nothing goes out unless you touch it. When you're in the field, the office stops — and every day it's stopped costs something.
Records that live in your head
What a job quoted at, what it actually cost, what's still owed. If it isn't written down the same way every time, it can't be looked up when you need it.
Inconsistent paperwork
Some quotes are tight. Some are rushed. Inconsistent documents reflect on your company and cost you credibility with the people writing the checks.
